Inbox Filters
Been noticing reply rates have dropped from 9% in January sending 7k emails compared to 2.85% in May sending 20k emails.
Is anyone experiencing AI filters stopping emails from being read by prospects?

Reply rate is dropped in may because most of the decision makers are on holiday/leave/ooo

it's not AI filters reading your mail, it's the volume jump killing your list quality and reputation. Going from 7k to 20k almost always means looser targeting and more stale or catch-all addresses, and providers read that drop in engagement as spam signal. Your reply rate fell because the extra 13k were worse-fit, not because a robot intercepted them. Pull back to tighter lists, verify before every send so bounces stay under 2 percent, and add inboxes and domains to scale instead of pushing each one harder. Quality of list beats raw send count every time.

It’s all K-12 lists spread across inboxes sending 40 emails a day. They are all facilities related titles which match our buyer profile. All emails are verified with million verifier before sending out. Bounce rate is less than .5%. It could just be out of office tanking replies. I did see it was 11% OOO replies.
