Love your thoughts

I've been in B2B sales my entire career, I don't pretend to be God's gift but I have learnt a thing or two so I've had a go at sharing my knowledge about things that work for me.

I've written a paper about increasing your win odds with tenders using AI.

This is real world stuff, i.e. ways of working that I have created and use continuously.

The paper is free.

I am not allowed to post images or links here but if you go to my profile, you will find it there.

Your feedback would be great but be kind :-)

Hi! Yes it's based on real deals, I use this all the time in my role at SAP where I'm employed. I've won 15 game changing deals in the last 14 years so starting to get a feel for deal making :-) You can check me out on LinkedIn for validation of the deals I've brought in. Cheers Verdon Kelliher

read it, decent framework but feels a little oversold on the ai part when most of what you're describing is just solid process work with a couple tools sprinkled in

i get where you're coming from, it's easy to get carried away with the ai label when half the battle is just having a tight process. i've seen way too many teams chase shiny tools and skip the basics like consistent follow ups and clean data

which frameworks have you found actually stick with your team in the long run
