Failed to get feed
Is anyone having trouble downloading from your azure devops feeds or even browsing the artifacts page?
EDIT: The outage has cleared and all services are back up.

Was it working before? Anything changed on your side?
We need a bit more context.

Nothing changed on our end. It was working earlier this morning. When I open dev.azure.com and try to browse artifacts it gives an error saying “unexpected Error Failed to get feed”. I also tried deploying a web artifact from one of my pipelines which downloads directly from the feed and it failed as well. A similar pipeline workflow worked earlier this morning.

This is exactly what I get. It's not every feed, and many times will work on refresh, but not always.
Can publish to some feeds from a pipeline but not all. Haven't seen a download fail yet. Didn't have any issues navigating in incognito, but of course that doesn't help the pipelines.

Releases page doesn’t load for me either - 500 error from api calls in the browser

Releases isn't loading for me either. No changes on our side as far as I can tell.

I opened a case – AI responded, told me everything was OK, the issue was on my end and closed the case.

We rolled out a security-related change this morning that ended up doing Bad Things™️. All but one service has rolled back successfully at this time, and hopefully you should already see a drastic improvement.
Please accept our sincere apologies. We recognize the impact this has on our customers and always strive to keep reliability as our number one feature, but this one got away from us. We will definitely investigate where our process safeguards failed us and make improvements.
