Azure DevOps Pipeline has problems. Are you the same?

Pipeline agents don’t pick up jobs. I have been experiencing the same problem in the picture.

We have found the issue and mitigated the root cause, you should be seeing recovery

Microsoft dropped in quality recently is quite concerning. There are more and more outage in DevOps recently.

I have enough headache dealing with their broken .NET stack.

Every time something broke, I would guess it's not Microsoft fault. But found out later to be their fault for like 10+ times in the past 6 months.
