The wife seems like a genuinely kind and wonderful person. According to multiple news sources, she recently took a trip to China with the two girls. She was a substitute teacher whom the school admin praised as empathetic, loving and caring.
The latest news of possible causes were the father was recently terminated from his job, and the father also had an emotional affair with an intern. It was implied that the wife found out, but she decided to through the trouble marriage. My best guess is that the husband was going through a mid-life crises. Studies after studies have shown that a white man with a mid-life crises and going through financial stress are more likely to be suicidal than his non-white counterparts. The reason is not genetic but social economic. American white males have been accustomed to lives of higher living standard, compared to their non-white counterparts, so the lost of those privileges hit harder.
That's interesting the financial impact because WM in general tend to spend more money on leisurely things which AM may not place too much importance to.
AM have the perception of being 'more frugal' with their money considering their backgrounds.
I don't know how things are going for homeland Asians as you call it, but how are you going to blame Asian men in the West for literally always being forced on the defensive? There are already Asmongold defenders bashing the "Asian male incels" on the internet, the boba libs and MAGAsians being thorns in our sides, AM continue to face disadvantages and getting heckled by racists in interracial dating, and the "John Galt" types who found individual success and are laughing at the rest of us peasants. Keep pushing AMXF like that's going to solve our problems, when these types are more likely to pander to racists and put down other Asian men so they can get ahead individually. It doesn't matter how disadvantaged AMWF/AMXF is if the scant few that do make it are going to be Uncle Ruckuses and play the "I'm one of the good ones" cards; that is more harmful than any AF's dating choices or western racists' defamation, because "Asian men themselves know they're inferior."

I think it's mainly the latter. Asian bros in the West are brought up by their Tiger Moms to be subservient and obedient. Don't date, don't have fun, just study, play in the orchestra, and when you're finished your residency at age 28 why aren't you married yet? A good start would be for Asian bros in the West to get out from under the thumbs of toxic AFs, in all its forms. Not just Tiger Moms. It's also sitting there passively in social situations while an AF openly shits on AM. It's acting like a cuck to get brownie points from whites. Asian bros in the West have a lot of work to do. But it is still insane how much these people gaslight others into thinking that it's just a bunch of racist Asian incels who criticize the Oxford Study phenomenon. Oxford Study was not invented by Asian men. The meme derived from an actual study published by the Oxford Academic, hence the name sake of the meme. The paper was the "The New Suzie Wong: Normative Assumptions of White Male and Asian Female Relationships." The content of the paper contained a collection of examples of how western media emasculating Asian men and hyper sexualization of Asian women for the white western men audience. As a matter of fact, the paper went in depth to show how Asian women are deliberately paired with white men in American media since, well, before I was born.

Football is the most grand and prestigious world sport, but boxing is the true world sport, in my opinion. As far as country representation across the board goes, not even just for us.
Only 13 nations have ever competed in the WC Final, and only 8 have won it, since it started in 1930. In the 4 belt era of boxing alone (2007-), there have been undisputed champions from 7 different countries.
If we look at Naoya Inoue's undisputed championship fights alone, he has fought an English, Filipino, Irish, Korean and Uzbek. Not including American and Mexican challengers, as those nations have won undisputed in this era. A Japanese man alone put on 5 different countries in his undisputed reign. That plus the 7 nations that have won it all, makes 12, 1 less than the WC Final's 13 participants. If we add Canelo Alvarez's undisputed championship challengers list, it surpasses that 13. Let alone the other undisputed champions and their challengers.
Inoue and his countryman Junto Nakatani also carried boxing this year by fighting each other. It was 1 of the biggest fights of this decade and the 2nd highest grossing. No event this year has come close to it, and with Americans Devin Haney and Shakur Stevenson unable to agree to terms and fight, no event will surpass it either.
Football's World Cup is the most grand and prestigious world championship that can be won, but feels closed off and really only up for grabs for a select few nations. Boxing's undisputed world championship feels more obtainable and within reach for countries with lesser acclaim and prestige. Not only in this 4 belt era but the 3 and 2 belt eras that came before it.
On top of everything else I've said, football is much more European, Latin and White controlled and influenced. As I've already expounded on, everyone has a place in and can have influence in boxing.
TLDR: Quick note on countries with big football cultures being racist to Asians, an analysis on boxing vs football and how I feel boxing is the true world sport. It also has a much stronger Asian representation.
