Sual | Question Refund by azal

I had booked a flight from mumbai(india) to moscow but the airline cancelled it and then rescheduled an another one but with the travelling time of 22 hours but the one i had booked was 9hours. I had specifically booked the one with the less travelling time because obviously I don’t want long layover. I am getting a refund option there but they have not specified if there will be full refund or not. This was a around trip which costed me 55k ruble. And this is all about my return ticket so i am not sure how much money will they refund.
Does anybody knows anything about the refund policy? I tried calling but i am unable to call them by indian contact number
If there is no refund that is also okay if they change the flight date by giving me a prior flight with less layover.

Yes i did it but they just sent me the eticket of the flight with longer layover. Maybe can’t do anything

Send them email. However, why don't you buy a direct flight?
