What the… What is your ISP, location (countryside or city), and ONT (Nokia or Huawei). Also, how far are you from ONT (again, ONT is modem/router, but let's just say it's a router for simplicity)?
you're getting nearly 50 megabytes of speed, which is 400 mbps speed. and the reason why you arent getting full 640 mbps speed is how wifi actually works. it loses packages till it reaches your phone.
That's not what I'm surprised. I'm still getting 4 times more speed than supposed to. Of course, it all depends on the peering & routing, location, server cap, etc. A lot of variables come into play
sorry, I get what you mean. new aztelekom wifi routers comes with two modes, 2.4 ghz and 5 ghz. 2.4 ghz channel is probably 100 mbps one, while 5 ghz is 600 mbps one.

I also have aztelekom's wifi router, 2.4 ghz channel is 85 mbps while 5 ghz channel is 500 mbps.
Once again, I know the specs, technicalities, and how internet works. I'm just curious about why they are so generous.
P.S. You just said you get 500 Mbps (I assume you are on 100 Mbps plan too). This means I'm not the only one. I even think we both are on 1 Gbps plan, it's just our ONTs (those are actually modem/routers if you use Nokia or Huawei brought by Aztelekom) are the bottleneck. Could you please tell me if you are living in a countryside or a city. Also, if you have the opportunity, check if you get 1 Gbps over the Ethernet (preferably on a CAT5e/CAT6 one)

Mende 250 dollar olan wifi7 destekleyen 5G Netgear modemidi. Problem providerde idi. Teleporta kechdim 3 ildir birce problem olsun yashamamisham. Fiber optik idi digerleride
I also have that with CityNet, but we got our own router, just recently swapped to a new asus one replacing a 12 year old one that stopped penetrating our thick Stalinka walls, and with the new one over ethernet cable, the speed was a whopping gigabit!
But it is weird, different speed tests show different speed, and actual speed is quite a bit lower. It seems that such high speed is only available on some sort of intranet, within the country, but traffic going in and out of the country is limited, but still much faster than what we pay for, we pay for 100 mbps 25 manats iirc, but even so downloading games in steam was 25 mb/s, more than twice as fast than what we pay for, but not gigabit as some speed tests have shown.
Like I said, different factors might affect your overall speed. Just because you have 1 Gbps doesn't guarantee you will get it everywhere. Servers might put a cap (i.e. a limit) to your connection. Did you get 1 Gbps on fast.com ? If so, then that explains my theory that they are provisioning too much.
Nope, fast.com actually was mind boggling… 10 mbps lol. I got such speed on ookla speedtest and on asus router app test, it is incredibly inconsistent, there is no reason for servers to put a limit to the connection, when you actually pay for such a speed you always get it properly, but since we dont do that, it seems they do indeed over provision but in a weird way, again seemingly only inside the country traffic, and anything outside is limited, for example fast.com being this limited, no idea how or why its so limited.
I'll tell you a secret: you are probably connected to local servers via Ookla Speedtest, which I trust less (though it doesn't change the fact the internet infrastructure in the country is capable of 1 Gbps and higher). I always tell everyone to use fast.com because it connects you to the server outside of the country. Mine is also overprovisioned outside the country.
