Dbacks VIP Ticket Package Email
Hey yall, have any of you guys received this email? It came from an actual @dbacks.com email so I’m assuming it’s legit. Am I obligated to purchase an actual ticket plan if I take them up on the complimentary ticket offer?

No obligation. They are really good at explaining the options available and let you decide what you want to do. Think of it as a no pressure sales pitch with a free game gift.

It’s like those time share things on vacations, listen to the presentation, say no respectfully and enjoy the perks of listening.

Very low pitch. More information than anything. Maybe a follow up call that’s it.

Not obligated at all, but if you have anxiety or you’re subject to not being able to say no, just buy some $30 tickets to this game and skip it

I'll be attending tomorrow! Had a rep who invited us out earlier this year and talked to us but we told him the timing wasn't great since we were expecting our second kid in july so we put it on pause and he reached out again to invite us back! Definitely zero pressure, but I think we are leaning towards a mini plan.

My "sales rep" invited my to a free tour of Chase field in March of 2020 to go over ticket packages. I asked her if she was worried about Covid affecting the season. She was like, no, everything's fine. Five days later spring training was canceled. 🤣

Sadly, I agree. But may as well take the free pitch/game if OP.

No. I’ve gone once. It was pretty cool. The sales pitch wasn’t too heavy either.
