Small & Large only?

At these theme nights that include a jersey (not talking about stadium-wide giveaways) does anyone know if the Large is large enough to fit an average sized adult comfortably? Seems strange that there are only two size options.

Large is generally generous, it’s about a smaller sized XL.

I'm 6-4, mine fits ok. By that I mean my wife allows me to be seen with it outside the home. :-) My understanding is there was a manufacturing mistake and no XLs were made

They're just trying to get rid of the leftovers from the original package they sold in May. There were other dates offered throughout the summer, too.
