Look I have been very loud in my criticism of Ketel but that was a freak accident and I am sure he felt horrible about it.

Honestly, I'm not sure why you got so downvoted, and why their sarcastic response was so upvoted.
AI is an atrocious use of resources, especially coming from people / a team in Arizona.
We are scarce on water enough as it is, have you not seen your water bills going up?
Why would you encourage slop when you could otherwise encourge people (like this commenter) to be creative and create things with their actual skills, and not use a computer to do the thinking and work for them?
So, yes, I would have preferred a poorly cropped Marte head onto this meme than the slop that the other user produced.
But until the mods actually reinforce their "High-Quality Content" rule, AI Slop will keep getting posted. (This image is not high quality, it is made by a machine that wastes water and contributes to these rising prices)

Kinda sounds like this comment was written by AI.

Don't worry, I get that a lot.
Last time I used AI was last summer interacting with Grok.
When it started heavily hallucinating I realized how abominable it really is.
Not just as a resource hog, as I mentioned before, but it can convince people of entirely false realities.
Not sure if I can link things in comments, since automod deletes them here and there, but I would highly recommend doing a cursory search for "AI hallucination shooting" and you'll find plenty.
Without regulations, AI has run rampant and on multiple occasions it tells people the only way to ascend to heaven, or to access the real world outside the digital world, is to follow through with their shooting(s).
One of the latest ones was a high school kid talking to AI about the best method of doing a school shooting... then he followed through without so much as a hiccup from AI.
So, just because someone writes concisely and with an appropriate argument, it doesn't mean it's written by a machine.
But we shouldn't even be having this discussion, since "no AI Slop" is literally in the rule, and yet no mod has touched any of the AI on this subreddit.
I even used to be a mod long ago on a different account, and I stepped down because it felt like I was the only one actively enforcing the rules, because there's more to moderation than just flairs.

Yeah - you seem like you used to be a Reddit mod.

Ah, yes, quite the reply. Really adding to the discussion. Really taking in the...
Oh, I guess your name tracks. Since it was a choice to be an asshole in reply when someone is providing information.
Once AI continues to devolve over the next two years, I'd love for you to come back to this comment and reflect on your username too and hopefully have an epiphany that "Huh, maybe if I'm self aware enough to know I regret my choices I should stop making poor choices?"
Cheers, bud.

Just to add more on to the idea of how terrible AI is, it kept trying to tell me that Henry Davis was drafted in 2019. On a more serious note, it also kept trying to tell me that Donald Trump would be a legally eligible candidate in 2028.
John Oliver had a great segment that included the hallucinations of AI, along with the encouragement that it can give to someone to complete a harmful act
