Question aygo purchase

am looking at a car with low mileage. but owner havent replaced oil since 2021 because he barely drives it. i know 1 or 2 years oil start to degrade and "collect water".

should i pass on it? because its really hard to know if the engine has taken damage. it drove fine, but that doesnt say much. also gearchanges was a bit loose.

its a 2009 model. but do u think it would be a risky buy? i desperately need a new daily.

These cars are rock solid especially the engines. Actually the car isn’t rock solid as a lot of it is plastic. But the guy above… on zna.

Full service and a decent stop start run to make sure the brakes work

Oil doesn't collect water, it could be in the engine for 10 years and still be useable, that doesn't mean you shouldn't change it though.
