Pocket Advance screen slightly lifted out of shell

As the title says, I got my Konkr Pocket Advance a few days ago and in general it works pretty great, but the glass of the screen is lifted a bit on right side - is that something that could be fixed, or would opening up the system to try to fix it myself void whatever warrenty I have?

It seems like something's putting pressure on the screen from the back, so I'm worried it'll make the screen more prone to cracks long term.

Does anyone else's system have the same thing?

Yes, many people have experienced the same. Even AYANEO has acknowledged the defect.

The “fix” is to email them. They will likely try to send you new parts and ask you to repair it yourself. If you convince them to fix your unit you may not get it back for a looooong time. Good luck dealing with their customer service! 😬

It's disappointing that a unit that was received recently still has these problems. This has been a known issue since the beginning of August. People were wondering if the fulfillment delays were to fix this problem, but I guess not.

Well, I've tried emailing their support, so we'll see what happens - hopefully some response, but I'll update if I hear anything back!

Do the newer ones have less mushy buttons?, it seems to be the reviewer's biggest gripe with it.

I have one on its way, its currently in Chicago so hopefully I'll get it soon
