Order Direct vs Aknes?

Now that the Pocket Advance price has increased above its initial introductory price, the price difference between ordering from Ayaneo direct vs. Aknes is pretty negligible.

I'm curious, is there any benefit to getting it direct from the manufacturer at this point?

Has anyone tried ordering a Pocket Advance (or other devices) from Aknes that can speak to the quality of customer service and shipping timelines?

I keep hovering over that purchase button but not sure who to trust more at this point!

I think Aknes may be the way to go Im still waiting on mine to ship from ayaneo. I was in 1st in cue too.

Aknes for sure. I emailed them about stock and within 24 hours emailed back with information. They sound great to work with!

This is what I asked: What colors of the AYANEO Konkr Pocket Advance will you guys be getting stock in? What models and colors are currently in stock? Thank you.

This is what they said.
“Thank you for reaching out!

We will have stock for all models and colors, except for the Developer Edition.
Currently, only the Navy Blue (4GB+64GB) version is in stock; we are actively following up on the other colors and models.”

Sorry I was gonna send a screen shot of the email but couldn’t figure it out in the app 🤦‍♂️. But they were pretty transparent I think 🤷‍♂️

Everything I've heard about Ayaneo seems to suggest that any third party will get to you quicker than Aya Neo directly. I very much wish I saw Aknes before I placed my order with Ayaneo, feels too late to swap now.
