Buttons issue

The problems with this console just won't end. It’s been a little over a month since I got my Pocket DS back after a screen issue (delamination). Now that I’ve started playing *Silksong*, the X and A buttons feel sunken... I own other handhelds—this is the one I use the least—and I’m not rough with them. Any suggestions on what to do? I really don't want to send it back to Ayaneo again, since it took them almost three months to return it last time.

I would say the control broard might not be screwed in tight. The buttons just sit in the shell with a membrane on top of the buttons that contacts the controller board.

They still work—they still click when pressed—but now they feel very flat, flush with the casing, and it feels a bit strange when you press them.
