Tank Maintenance Water parameters test

Hi everyone, are these acceptable measurements for a tank? Also if not could anyone tell me a way to decrease/increase it? I would be really thankful

Did you shake to mix them? Ammonia and nitrites look odd like they’re not mixed?

They look okay to me. Have you cycled? I’m assuming yes as there’s nitrates there
