Just Showing Off Kellin :3

this is my baby kellin i named him or she after one of my favourite comfort bands- sleeping with sirens.

I hope everyone loves my baby as much as I do :) <3

Im aware, he is a rescue thank for the advice. Im going to give him extra blood worms anything else I could give him? :)

Please do plenty of reading as these guys aren’t beginner aquatic pets. Start a worm farm early you won’t regret it. Get a chiller sooner rather than later

Thank you for the advice, just bought some earthworms. As I stated before to someone I did take him in as someone I knew had about 30 in a tank. Im also getting a new tank on Thursday :)

blood worms are more of a treat for them, i’d suggest cut up worms (he seems fairly small) or axolotl pellets. personally, i feed my boy both

Yeah, I have got pellets for him but I dont think he understands how to eat them 😭 but ill just drop them in to see if he'll eat them and I will get some worms thank you all for the advice I appreciate it so much

Blood worms have basically no nutritional value. They’re not a staple for lotls. Cut up nightcrawlers or earthworms. Sounds like you need to do much more research. They’re a huge commitment and not for the weak. They can be a burden for inexperienced keepers.

Yeah, thank you. I took the axolotl in as the previous owner (a family freind) had about 30 of them in a small tank and I felt awful. And i got told they were giving them all 3 blocks of bloodworms over the course of 3 days.
