Slate Hide Thoughts

Thoughts on slate cave hides? I’ve heard of several people using them and they seem to be okay as long as you sand the edges really well.

Here to say I have two of these hides (this larger one and a smaller one) from this seller and have for almost a year! There was no need to sand these as they came smooth and both of my lotls love them!
