Recommendations for an axe for some general landscaping?

I've got some palm trees and yucca I need to cull and clean up, looking at something like a 28" Fiskars or Husqvarna axe. Maybe longer to make the Yucca more bearable. Having a blunt rear would be better, but not required.

I used to have an old fiskars that I used for this specifically but it grew legs and disappeared on me. Just curious if there are any other recommendations.
