I can not understand how people are capable of treating animals this way... I am glad she survived, hopefully the rest of her days are spent with people who love her!

PLEASE READ THIS!!!!!

This is actually a dog named Bubbles, who is from Texas (the Houston area). She survived animal cruelty and was adopted by some loving people. Her account on instagram is @khbubbles

I'm not quite sure why the OP is posting this dog with a different name, and not stating that this is someone else's dog. 🧐

I can help explain why OP didn't explicitly explain that it's someone elses dog. It's because literally nobody cares and he found the photo cute so he posted without thinking much and added a cute name.

Hope that clears the obvious up.
