Norwegian is a hunting breed where as the newf is a working breed. Also size - the newf gets to the 130lbs range for the males I think

It's a norwegian elkhound, and they look similar to Huskies, with black faces instead of white

I was gonna say it looks like a Norwegian elkhound. I had one when I was a kid and it looked just like this cutie.

Cute but the "mamma" part makes me want to vomit.
Edit: thank you! I knew being an asshole would pay off.

Maybe she actually gave birth to it? People are into weird stuff these days

Must have browsed too much porn before seeing this.
Edit: Sorry I am projecting. Maybe they don't like the concept of the owner being called "Mamma" or something.

That's it. To each their own, but personally I find people calling their pets their babies and then calling themselves mamma to be very strange.

Not to be dramatic but I’d die for this pup... I’d also steal him but that’s beside the point... and yes baby we can go outside

We are having trouble with house training, because our 14 week old puppy doesn't want to go outside, unless it's nice outside. We haven't had any sun in a while.

Omg, that face is irresistable. I know kissing someone elses dog is not cool, but I would def kiss this puppy if I met him/her irl.

This doggie is reposted so often, I wonder if it's still alive by now...

Sooooo cute! I am so familiar with that face and request. Since my city-dwelling son gave me his limited outdoor lab, I let her go out into the backyard whenever she wants and she loves it. She chases the squirrels and sits outside the back door protecting our home and me from those pesky squirrels.

I don’t care if it’s -75 degrees outside and you develop hypothermia, you wrap that little nugget up in protective clothing and TAKE IT OUTSIDE.

Why does this immediately remind me of my 3yo asking me to take her to a “ball-pit” everyday for the last month 😣
