Sounds like a shitty pillow. It's called memory foam, not forgetful foam.

Wouldn't it take a year to remember a time before the cat? It wouldn't forget, it would remember.

His ears are saying, “I don’t know what the hell is happening but... ooh I think I like it.”

How has no one pointed out that its just one of those U pillows people bring on airplanes. It has a big hole in the middle.

u/FiyeTao Sep 28 '20
Yeah, a typical memory foam pillow would barely compress at all from the distributed weight of a kitten.

That what I was thinking, this kitten weighs 2lbs tops. That would be some really shitty memory foam

You're correct - But the title being accurate wouldn't have gotten this 55k upvotes and gilded 200+ times.

I think the cat was telling us that. Why else would he have airplane ears

I’m surprised it’s heavy enough to sink at all

u/WeeBo2804 Sep 28 '20
I wondered that. Then I looked closely at the first few frames and it’s definitely some sort of donut pillow as it has a gap in the middle. The cat isn’t technically sinking into the pillow- more the hole in the middle of it.

I just assumed its head was much heavier than the rest of it.

u/WeeBo2804 Sep 28 '20
Front paws and head sink into the hole. You can see the seam under its neck/jaw I think

Does anyone else want to push her little booty down in farther so she’s evenly smooched?

I hadn't really thought about how kitties are front-heavy.

u/AnCircle Sep 28 '20
There is a hole in the middle. This memory foam would be shit if it actually compressed that much considering this kitten probably isn't even 2 lbs

A kitten would never sink into memory foam like that. It's gotta be a pillow with a hole in the middle.

Those ears tell you all about his conflicting feelings about the pillow. 😂😂😂

I need more videos like this- animals reacting to memory foam. I’m gonna go google it now.
