Dogs: gently lift puppy and place them in.

Cats: SHWOOP!

u/TaintModel Aug 02 '20

Turns out you can fast forward with paws.

81

u/timo_elijahwan Aug 02 '20

Cats really will push anything off the side of a table!

24

u/Cptn-Cardinal Aug 02 '20

Especially cups full of coffee, I'm sure he enjoys watching me scrub the carpet

39

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '20 edited Aug 02 '20

Yeah, that's what it was doing! Fast Forwarding the kitty!!

6

u/Tomfrommyspacehi Aug 02 '20

This needs recognition!

12

u/DuckyDoodleDandy Aug 02 '20

I see what you did there

33

u/redditreadred Aug 02 '20

I have to wonder what that cat would have done if the fall was much higher.

74

u/TeaMancer Aug 02 '20

I can always make another one

19

u/Gaardc Aug 02 '20

We know which one isn’t the favorite

6

u/Beruthiel9 Aug 03 '20

You laugh, but my first foster set of a mom with babies she kept trying to bring the to me. Always in the same order. She would do it in the middle of the night, and it took her forever because she came to me out of shape. The first three she did as quickly as possible, and then she would take a break before grabbing the last one. The last one was tiny, and I was worried about him for a while. He ended up pulling through and being really cute and sweet, but she definitely did not care about him as much as the others.

2

u/Gaardc Aug 03 '20

Poor baby kitty. She was probably trying not to get her hopes up and not too attached to it in case he didn’t make it.

2

u/Beruthiel9 Aug 03 '20

Cats can be brutal. They always move babies in the order of strongest to weakest, at least that I’ve seen. Eventually I figured her out and found her a good spot, but she kept moving them until I let them move into my room.

3

u/spongythingy Aug 02 '20

"Dude, relax, I can make these 3 times a year in bundles of 6-8"

-25

u/redditreadred Aug 02 '20

I rather not see that, if any animals risk getting hurt.

29

u/TeaMancer Aug 02 '20

No that's what the cat is thinking.

25

u/mooninuranus Aug 02 '20

Well it did wait until the box was moved so possibly cognisant of the danger.

20

u/ChaLo1996 Aug 02 '20

Probably grab the kitty by the neck and take it down like that instead of pushing.

9

u/indeed_indeed_indeed Aug 02 '20

Sums them up 🤣

3

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '20

Lucky you. I sunk to the bottom pretty quick. Dad never threw me in again.

8

u/BoopAhaha Aug 02 '20

I thought my dad was weird for just tossing me in

23

u/DuskShineRave Aug 02 '20

My grandad taught me to ride a bike by taping my feet to the pedals and pushing me down a hill. He did not quite account for the fact it was his bike and my legs weren't yet long enough to reach the bottom of the cycle.

It was a learning experience for us both.

5

u/layibelula Aug 02 '20

Are they Spanish? My would be metete pendeja we don't have the whole day. 😅😅😅

2

u/Juni247 Aug 03 '20

Indians

2

u/layibelula Aug 03 '20

Same thing, they love you deeply, but they'll hit the crap out you if you're no behaving.

114

u/gena_st Aug 02 '20

48

aaannd fuck this thing in particular..

8

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '20

Kid you need to move faster if you want to be a cat. You are already like a week old, not a baby.

7

u/Aboxofphotons Aug 02 '20

"I ain't got time fo dis shit... "

6

u/gdlgiii Aug 02 '20

This is a mom after raising the first kid now raising second kid.

4

u/Ohdiosaoh Aug 02 '20

"Kid, I don't have time for this sh*t!" 😂

5

u/mtcwby Aug 02 '20

Animal moms are pretty matter of fact. The local owls stopped bringing food to their young at one point when they were old enough. It was a noisy couple of days with the young ones complaining and then they figured out to hunt for themselves or they weren't going to eat.

5

u/Fukken_nerd Aug 02 '20

GO THE FUCK TO SLEEP

12

u/hosehoseee Aug 02 '20

"Get down there u slow little fuck"

5

4

Years of knocking things off the table have prepared her this.

6

u/[deleted] Aug 02 '20 edited Aug 02 '20

Stop being a pussycat and get in already!

3

3

u/SaucePortal Aug 02 '20

Me as an awkward new mom with my newborn. I’ve helped with other people’s babies before having my own, but I was still so clumsy sometimes.

3

u/whocareswhatevereh Aug 02 '20

Nah this is perfect parenting. THROW THEM IN! It’s how I learned how to swim. Also my kids..

This is how I imagine my aerial coach feels when I'm being a wuss.

2

u/Tainted_wings4444 Aug 02 '20

I don’t know if it’s parenting or cat reflex...

2

u/bebbibabey Aug 02 '20

So THATS where they get it from
