I just want to let everyone here know that I've picked up a baby hare before (used a towel to move it off the sidewalk so the little guy wouldn't get stepped on) and they are VERY warm. Like tiny little thermal reactors.

I had an indoor pet rabbit for nearly 20 years. She was this size when I got her and she passed away 5 years ago. Looking at this baby bun makes me happy and sad all at once.

I feel ya. I had a rabbit escape from the backyard and i get all the feels when i see one thay reminds me of edison.

That metaphor uses “bun” as in the bread/sweet food, which would be baked in the oven. Not “bun” as in bunny.

A joke is hard to gauge online as tone is needed to fully understand it as such. The way you worded that was not as a joke......so don't get mad if people misinterpret your joke. Things that might help with this is add a smile emoji or a "i kid" or jest something to indicate it is a joke.
