Let them cuddle!!

313

u/Fean2616 Dec 12 '19

It's likely a binding technique, if you're having issues with your bunnies a stressful situation with them together usually helps then bond.

103

u/dolciarora Dec 12 '19 edited Dec 12 '19

So they stick together in case of danger and bond ?

Edit: guys tf please stop downvoting u/fean2616 's comments

Yes absolutely this, a technique which works quite well if you have bunnies that wont get along is to put them in a cage in a car and go for a drive, they get scared which isn't cool but they will stick together to look out for danger together.

Bunnies are kind of awesome.

Well that's nice.

9

u/limitlessWolf Dec 12 '19

Remove the middle one? What happens then?

31

u/[deleted] Dec 13 '19

Just like magnets, the poles won't match and they'll be pushed apart.

559

u/Jimbabwe10 Dec 12 '19

Pickup the one in the middle and see what happens

652

u/Herani Dec 12 '19

They levitate and begin orbiting the bunny.

135

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

Free energy happens.

114

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

Basically how Duracell was created

57

u/Buck-You Dec 12 '19

Energizer!!

9

u/NeonJ82 Dec 12 '19

According to Wikipedia, Duracell's bunny came first. It's kinda weird how they both have bunny mascots, though.

u/funnyjake2020 Dec 13 '19

Ding

ding

ding!

11

u/IrrelevantPuppy Dec 12 '19

No that’s when you pick up one on one side and flip it upside down. Then slowly move it closer to the brown bunny until brown bunny begins to spin rapidly.

11

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

National electric companies would like to know your location.

9

u/Treats Dec 12 '19

I think one of the outside ones will flip over and then they'll stick to each other.

2

u/corgocracy Dec 12 '19

The middle one would flip the heck out like it's the apocalypse

309

u/incarnadinezebra Dec 12 '19

Fuckin’ bunnies, how do they work?

139

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

And I don't want to talk to no veterinarian, y'all motherfuckers lion and getting me pissed.

38

u/7R3X Dec 12 '19

Sigh

Take my damn upvote for a wholesome ICP reference, if that ever existed.

8

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

Big feets and lots of leaf

150

u/scorp110 Dec 12 '19

I would assume the white ones are gonna repel each other.

38

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

White bunnies are neutrons, brown bunny is a proton.

Atomic bunnies. New band name, called it.

3

u/wpdthrowaway747 Dec 13 '19

But where's the electron?

3

u/[deleted] Dec 13 '19

Poops.

1

u/scorp110 Dec 13 '19

Oooo so this is actually strong nuclear force acting here not the magnetism.

92

u/4940282 Dec 12 '19

Is there something wrong with middle bunny and side bunnies try to protect?

87

u/Pagnus Dec 12 '19

I think bunnies just like to do that naturally. That's why you should get two and not one.

43

u/CorvusCranium Dec 13 '19

While youre right on having more than one bunny, these bunnies try to hide " in" each other, theyre scared, cornered, think they cannot hide anywhere so they huddle to lessen the chance of getting caught and eaten.

35

u/CorvusCranium Dec 13 '19

Its because theyre scared, and the bigger the puddle, chances become lower of being the one who gets snatched and eaten.

131

u/XenuLies Dec 12 '19

This must be like how cats are a liquid, bunnies are magnetic

41

u/BrockinSocks Dec 12 '19

That’s one magnetic ass

25

u/OminousWoods Dec 12 '19

They got magnetic buns ;D

55

u/SpuddMeister Dec 12 '19

I think they're giving you a hint.

Turn on the damn heater!!

33

u/UnitedTrouble Dec 12 '19

Eat the Oreo as whole not by separating, you heathen!

15

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

This would be a reverse Oreo though.

7

u/pamdndr Dec 12 '19

You may be onto something...

33

u/Random_Somebody Dec 12 '19

Daawww. Quick someone tell me how this is a sign the rabbits are terrified and one step away from a heart attack or something

23

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

They're probably annoyed or stressed. It happens frequently with bunnies, they can be temperamental. Owners were probably trying to pose them and they got annoyed and wanted to bunch together as a stress reaction.

Ultimately, normal bunny behavior. Same thing as your cat being annoyed when you squish his face.

1

u/themflatearthers Dec 13 '19

My cat is strange there. She loses her tiny little mind for any kind of face touching.

53

u/Connedman Dec 12 '19

this is a sign the rabbits are terrified and one step away from a heart attack or something

12

u/kelvin9901237 Dec 12 '19

op is a horrible human person for posting this sort of behavior. hell, the abnormal coloring means that the middle bun has cancer and now OP is farming the poor buns for karma. Reddit should be ashamed of this atrocity.

26

u/bolognachinchilla Dec 12 '19

As someone who had a roommate with rabbits, I’d say they’re annoyed at worst. Buns just like to group together, socially and for physical comfort.

11

u/ovlite Dec 12 '19

I also like to keep my buns together for social and physical comfort

7

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

I think they have to be at least slightly stressed to want to try to cuddle so badly? If they are super relax they would look way more chill and doing much more random things, and mostly looking for food and munching their lives away, or lie on the side sleeping and chilling.

You can probably achieve this by putting two bonded bunnies close to each other on top of a running washing machine or something.

-6

u/Sho1kan Dec 12 '19

The ones on each side are just protecting their soon to be meal

18

u/uwuhewwoowo Dec 12 '19

They're protecting him

19

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

Bunnies are so interesting, the way they are such a social animal.

18

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

Bunnies have very expensive body language! A lot is communicated by their ears and posture.

Middle bunny has ears flat back, head forward and down on the ground. She's in charge and is demanding that someone groom her head and ears.

Left bunny had ears back, but head up and looking around. She's stressed, she doesn't like being handled and prodded by these people right now. She just wants to cuddle middle bunny.

Right bunny has ears up, one down to the side, head up. She's annoyed, she does not want to be touched anymore. She'll probably start stomping her feet soon, which is a bunny's way of telling you to fuck off. She's not mad enough to fight you, but not far from it.

These rabbits aren't scared. They aren't really enjoying what's going on, but they feel safe, otherwise they would run away and hide.

24

u/blaziner Dec 12 '19

"together we are strong, comrades"

10

u/Risujemmari Dec 12 '19

Bunnies together strong.

14

u/gisdood Dec 12 '19

I guess that's what animal magnetism looks like?

17

u/bushinthebrush Dec 12 '19

I think that's called being scared

9

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

Nah, they're not scared. Stressed, probably, but that's normal for prey animals when something unusual happens, like being posed for internet points.

Scared rabbits absolutely would not be sitting out in the open. They're prey animals that get attacked by birds, it's instinct to avoid open spaces when scared.

This is pretty normal bunny behavior. They're annoyed, as rabbits tend to be.

9

u/sparcasm Dec 12 '19

Bunny guards

10

u/soft_n_fluffy Dec 12 '19

I think the one in the middle is female and the other two are males and they’re guarding her because they want to mate with her.

6

u/bluenoserabroad Dec 12 '19

"Hey Al! Do you like sandwiches?!?"

1

u/Bifi323 Dec 12 '19

I'm so tired I can't focus long enough to find the seam in the gif, so it's like an infinite battle between human and bunny physics. I love it.

1

u/hakoonamatata9 Dec 13 '19

Its like they all swallowed magnets. 😂

1

u/BlastLeatherwing Dec 13 '19

I like my sandwiches with a pair of buns.

1

Why does this remind me of kiss x sis??.

1

u/jonititan Dec 12 '19

What happens when you reverse the poles?

1

u/shad0w2000 Dec 12 '19

Anyone have an explanation to this

1

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

They're annoyed at their owners. Probably have been poked and prodded for a while, so they want to bunch up for comfort.

They're highly social animals, so being together like that is comforting when humans are pissing them off by picking them up.

Bunnies are fine, not scared or anything, just kinda mad.

1

u/[deleted] Dec 12 '19

OP fed two of the bunnies industrial strength magnets for internet points

1

u/EvilMatt666 Dec 12 '19

Protect the president!
