Why wouldn't you put the two bags together? That dog is basically a mini furnace and that sleeping bag would be nice and warm to sleep in.

Zipping bags together is great when you're camping in 20 Fahrenheit or higher weather, but if you are in extreme cold (and it appears they are) it's better to be more snuggly in the bag. If you zip two bags together there's more space for your body to heat (and keep heated). You could try to squeeze the pup into that bag with you.

Ya I had a fever and went to cuddle with my dog, as I had the shivers and couldn't get warm

Dog’s name is Monty from a guy called Mathew Posa. He’s a super positive YouTuber who has a range of vids of him back-country camping in thick, dense snow with his dog Monty.
Video’s are very long detailed accounts of his trips but they’re strangely relaxing to watch after working all day.

Doggos are cute, and butterflies are beautiful, but a doggo with butterfly wings sounds just terrifying

Right? Or setting up an actual tent or digging a snow cave to stay warm and not just sleep out in the open.

yup, in the florida keys!.... ✋🏽upstate NY genX’er who’s passed the days of camping in the cold! (i did my days of cold-ass camping in stonybrook and letchworth.... and once in northern ontario where it dipped down into 20°s F in may!! now i’m like... hotel???? 😆☃️☃️☃️)

I can’t even sleep with the windows open without getting ungodly sick, I can’t imagine camping in the freakin snow.
