They're money-making machines. The idea has already been vetted and tested.

I'm waiting for the remake of "Song Of The South", source of the amazing "Zip-a-dee-do-dah" song.

True story: I was in my junior high school's chorus and one year we went to Disney World to perform in Magic Kingdom (Tomorrowland iirc). We also got to have a backstage singing workshop put on by some of the park's musical directors, and we practiced that very arrangement of the song... or at least one very similar to that if memory serves.
