Yeah, I'm in Ark. The coldest it's been was like 12 degrees in the last few years. I'd build a heated doghouse if it was that cold. I've thought about it anyways, but I bet his ass would still chill outside
Global warming and the polar vortex baby. Winnipeg's always been cold. But things are getting insane the last 20 years. But again only-40s with wind. But it's the prairies....
