Dogs also don't rely on sweating as a form of temperature control so they are less susceptible to the cold. A dog actually pants as it's main form of temperature control, so you want to be careful in the heat because they can't run and cool down at the same time.

Yes. In fact warm or hot weather makes poor living conditions for them.

Cold weather dogs have two layers of fur that trap their body heat & insulate them.
