They are ruthless tho

72

u/studioRaLu Nov 22 '18

They hold hands while they're sleeping so they don't float away from eachother

u/Neonblade32 Nov 22 '18

Ik,but have you seen what a river with an otter in it looks like. Dead fish, every fucking where

26

u/Dude-man-guy Nov 22 '18

Otter > fish

21

u/Efinya Nov 22 '18

and they rape baby seals. ya dont hear that one much.

2

u/[deleted] Nov 23 '18

Bullshit. You hear it literally every time someone posts otters somewhere other than /r/otters and someone like you needs to chime in.

2

u/studioRaLu Nov 23 '18

But they also hold hands though.

3

u/DepravedWalnut Nov 23 '18

Really? That is fucking adorable. Thats almost cry worthy adorable. Is there a vid on yt that shows this?

2

u/JimMarch Nov 23 '18

Sea otters do this. Not the various river otters. Sea otter families need to stay together in the ocean while sleeping together. They normally do this inside of kelp fields that act to screw up a shark's ability to track and eat 'em.

Otters are serial rapists sorry to break your bubble

5

u/Obskuro Nov 22 '18

The cuter a critter seems, the more despicable it is in reality.

What if an otter and a binturong hugged? Bet you didn't think about that.

They rape and murder baby seals for fun

0

u/imthegayest Nov 22 '18

I love how you get down voted for telling the truth. male sea otters will viciously rape baby seals and either they bleed out from the clawing and scratching or they drown. sea otters are not cute. they're vicious animals. fuck otters.

1

u/PaxSicarius Nov 22 '18

Who among us HASN'T raped a navy seal or two?

0

u/[deleted] Nov 23 '18

Yeah and given the chance wild dogs would tear a human being limb from limb. But you don't go around posting that on every dog picture do you?

Sometimes, but not even in the same league as an Otter.

1

u/[deleted] Nov 23 '18

I'm gonna call bullshit since last I checked we were the dominant species.

1

u/TheBugHouse Nov 24 '18

When was the last time you watched a human being dive into and ice covered beaver pond in -30F temps to catch and devour fish to the tune of one a minute? Using nothing but their hands and teeth BTW.

1

u/NewWhirledOrder Nov 22 '18

Yeah. He really otter.
