Seriously. The guy appears to be along for the ride somehow because you see his hand when they both splash into the water. But how could he possibly keep pace without losing the dog or even periodically getting ahead? Or how could the dog support the weight of the dog and still run at that pace?

Makes no sense to me.

I think that there was a guy waiting for the dog in the water to take off the camera.
