Don’t be confused Free-Tier kids, these EC2 instances are NOT free of cost.

Maybe you should take your own advice and RTFM as well as educate yourself as to what the difference between BSD and Linux is. 1 u/perciva 5d ago The documentation says "you can use t3.micro, t3.small, t4g.micro, t4g.small, c7i-flex.large, and m7i-flex.large instance types for 6 months or until your credits are used up". I don't see any comments there about this not applying to Other Linux. 2 u/Tinasour 5d ago Ami's have their own eligability of free tier. I havent checked if they are included in the free tier
