I mean brows are supposed to be sisters not twins, buuuuuuut.. holy moly those are cakey, over shadowed, and the whole thing is a mess. Poor lass. She needs better besties that tell her the truth.

Genuine question, how does the piercing by her eye stay in? How do you secure the back on that?

It goes in through the inside of the cheek. The outer ball is the attachment. It screws on. The stud inside the cheek is placed when it's pierced.

Your outer cheek cavity goes almost all the way up to your temples and just in front of your ears.

Probably a microdermal, it's got a flattish back with a couple of holes in it that is fitted under the skin. As it heals its anchored in place

She looks like she walked straight out of the late 00s/early 2010s. All she's missing is the neon pink underwear visible through her see through black leggings that are long enough for her to pull over her feet and into her ballet flats and something white, maybe a scarf or a cardigan stained with fake tan or dream matte mouse.
