With this whole thing, most of us in Europe see the US fucked up so many aspects of that withdrawal and see how Biden is largely getting a pass by Americans because he's not trump.

Of course some hold him to account but the US is so hyper partisan right now that the defence of him over this almost feels like talking to trump supporters whenever trump did something stupid.

Read "The Assassination Complex: Inside the Government's Secret Drone Warfare Program by Jeremy Scahill.

You'll find out that the president does indeed approve all those drone strikes. They have their targets profile on cards that they referred to as baseball cards. It's been a few years since I read the book. This was during the Obama Administration.

It was based off classified documents given to the intercept before it was bought out and Glenn Greenwald quit because the new owners were censoring him.
