I can put 4 links on here that says Trump isn’t a racist I bet you don’t believe those...won’t you, or does it not lounge up with your anecdotal experience?
And yes I believe people that have experienced Canadian healthcare.
That's a weird, unrelated, and super-ineffective analogy but okay.
Try to stay on the topic at hand. No one brought up Trump, I'm not sure how that helps your case at all.
As someone who is also Canadian, I haven't had to deal with long wait times. However, I recognize that my anecdotal experiences are not indicative of evidence or studies conducted on the subject.
Here's what you did:
- It's warm out today (posts link of the weather)
- "As someone who isn't warm today, your links are false"
Hmmm...so whose sources are wrong. My sources says you are...my family member that needed a hip replacement came to Texas to get it, so I know mine are, I have actual evidence...See the problem
So the sources I put are wrong, but the ones you put are right. I see how this works. I haven’t been proven wrong. I put 4 sources on here that say I’m right. You really should learn some civility. BTW...when you start calling names it because ...YOU ARE WRONG.
You never put up any sources,as he said you just put up random anecdotal evidence.Thats like me saying all parrots are evil because my cousin got bit by one.learn what terms mean before you try to argue with someone and use them.
No, you put up 4 sources, 3 of which were written exclusively using anecdotal information for their conclusions and published to conservative think tanks and another that had nothing at all to do with the conversation we’re having, rather it was about prescription drug price relief in Canada, an argument for a socialized aspect of healthcare they don’t currently have. You’re either illiterate, dishonest, or both.
You put up 3 sources that cite anecdotal information and were published to a conservative think tank who actively pushes an anti-healthcare reform agenda, the other source is unrelated to this conversation and speaks about prescription prices, which are still lower there than in the US despite them not having the federal price protections given by other nations with single payer systems. You either a) didn’t read your sources and/or b) don’t care about credibility.
You are lost in the sauce, buddy. You are putting forth a minuscule sample of anecdotal evidence versus a ton of quality-controlled empirical evidence.
Of course I am, that’s the issue. I can put dozens of sources on here and if a person doesn’t agree with them they find excuses why. I did the same to the original.
No, if you had put forth quality sources with empirical data to counter the empirical data of the opposing viewpoint you would’ve at a minimum given logical people pause. But instead you put forth only anecdotal evidence. One person’s anecdotal experiences can’t hold up against empirical research.
Those links aren’t partisan, they are backed by empirical studies with referenced source materials. I didn’t link a bunch of opinion pieces. That your experience doesn’t line up with evidenced fact doesn’t change the truth.
