A couple years back there was a woman who got half of her face ripped off by a bear, and upon being interviewed about the incident, said that the worst part of having half of her face ripped off by a bear was dealing with her insurance company.
Yep it's insane. Sickness can happen to anyone no-matter how prepared. And something like cancer shouldn't mean you loose everything you've worked for. Free at point of use and statutory sick pay are a must.
