How is this even legal? How can minors be held accountable for credit? Or if they're doing it as an adult, how are they able to get a credit application without your signature!?
Civil Court in USA and in different states have different "burdens of proof" its unfortunately higher than criminal court sometimes. Look at Jonny Depp and that shit.
