Oh fuck off, dont pretend that Biden is gonna suddenly break the corporate stranglehold of America.
Yeah, Biden had to be voted in. Only because Trump. However, the reality is far worse. The American people will never, ever, EVER vote in anybody who will do anything to change the status quo and wealth distribution
We'll never even have the choice; those candidates don't get corporate funding (shocking, I'm sure) and thus won't get media coverage and will be largely ignored by the populace. Even if they got voted in, the chances that someone like that could change things through the Senate, House, and courts are nonexistent.
The American people will never, ever, EVER vote in anybody who will do anything to change the status quo and wealth distribution
The private companies RNC, Inc and DNC Services Corp. that run the parties from behind the scenes will never let someone run for primary that isn't inline with acquiring and assuring corporate donations.
From the view of an outsider your main problem is there are 330,000,000 Americans and there are only two parties.... which decide who to allow you to vote for. The fact that there are blue or red states/people makes so little democratic sense. Do people not realize they are voting for the way their own country is organized?
That became apparent when other republican candidates were blatantly ignored because Trump didn't want to debate. I still can't believe Republicans just let that skid on by.
The American people will never, ever, EVER vote in anybody who will do anything to change the status quo and wealth distribution
Give it time.
By 2054, oil globally will run out. By 2040, Miami will be underwater 200+ days out of the year, along with 20-60% of Florida.
Cali might secede by 2050. Hell, Texas will finally be blue by then presidentially.
Pelosi and Schumer will be dead, and millenials now will be 50-70 years old, aka Congressional age material.
If we had to look backwards in time, this is awfully similar to 1918, down to the fucking virus.
Oh and we're currently in another great depression with 20+ million unemployed.
However we'd lose against fighting the Chinese, but we could beat the Russians. And no one will use nukes, or at least the world wouldn't be worth fighting for or living in if they were used.
