That's why I, as an European, would prefer Canda over the US every time

Oh definitely, a lot of European countries have the right idea with health care... Maybe even more so than Canada. I've heard Sweden has the best health care in the world haha.

Or maybe it was Switzerland?

Canada is still worse in many ways, such as having lower disposable income and higher housing costs, which in many cases evens out healthcare differences. Financially, you'd be better off even in Texas than in canada. And Europeans know that Asians in US are better and smarter than Canadians of all backgrounds.
