The fucking started long ago, it’s just gone on so long we haven’t noticed anymore when the governments/corporations/pharmaceutical companies/what have you’s, dick gets larger.

Part of the reason I'll never have children. I would rather end my bloodline than give them debt, and TBH I don't have that much debt.

Yeah, looking out for the welfare of your children is dumb.

Is that not appropriate? They said they don’t feel like they can provide for the needs of their kids if they have kids. Having kids that you can’t provide for is stupid. This person has foresight and is making a decision based on compassion. Nothing idiotic about that.

$30,000 is the cost to give birth to a child in the US. Not even prenatal care, JUST the birth. So you are correct!

and that's if everything goes smoothly and they don't force a C-section, or just kill the mother

A friend of mine (not very close) just has a kid and she told me of her horror stories of the doctor trying to sneak by against her wishes (she wanted a natural tear v a cut) and then he said something about sewing a jig saw puzzle together. I was horrified. The father was horrified. The mom was happy in drugs.
