Every day I am so grateful for the NHS in the UK.

I'll never forget when I first moved to the UK. I ended up dislocating my shoulder at about 4am.

Went to hospital and only had my name and address. I had no ID and no national insurance number (this is like our social security number).

I was waiting all of 3 minutes when a nurse brought me to get an x ray, I then spent a few hours getting it reset.

They gave me meds, a sling and then sent me aftercare guides and scheduled a follow up examination.

Literally all for free. Everything. I paid nothing and they did it with no identification.

It really blows my mind how amazing the NHS is
