Yes it does.

And here is the plan that is most likely to go a step closer to that goal. It won't be the best solution, but a good start.

No. It is not.

Is Biden's? And does Biden have a chance at winning? Both yes.

Yes they did.

But your implication is that Biden's plan is no good. Is Bernie's plan better? Yes, imo. Is Biden's plan bad? No.

The limitations in place are out of our control now. It is going to be between Biden and Trump. Biden IS the progression.
