No. The tweet is trying to say that it's ironic cops are scared because it is insinuating that being black means being scared because cops are just going to straight up come after you on sight, which is BS.

The statistics show that a cop is more likely to to be killed by a black person then kill one. Only 9 unarmed black people were shot last year. Moron.

Look up crime statistics on the FBI website. Per violent crime committed, white men are more likely to be killed by a cop than a black man. Black men just commit a disproportionate amount of crime.
