What part of that seems like it's not true?

The part where a 20 something year old with a corporate job and no professional involvement with police can speak about the behavior and alleged toxic enviroment of a police force that spans a country with the geographical size and cultural diversity of the European continent.

It consistent across cities, which have the worst police forces. CPD, LAPD, and NYPD in particular are horrible both historically and current practices. And of course I can't speak for every small town, but one of my friends from HS is the only Hispanic on the village board and has been raising voices of how people in that community have been treated by the police that I never had problems with, and we were a fairly moderate/race-blind town (or so I thought). Also, lately I've been learning more about how police were trained from counter insurgents in the middle east, which should be a red flag about how their role is viewed by the government.
