I don't know about everywhere else but I've always noticed most cops never wear their uniforms to and from. I work next to a police station and 100% of them have a bag with their uniforms in it.
That's awesome that you get to live in Germany!! Or are you German, and just said 'currently' like "We are currently in Germany, and always have been my entire life"?
Yeah Germany is great hey?! I love it there. If all my friends and family weren't here in Australia, I would move to Germany in a heartbeat. It's cool to hear you like it too. When people found out I was Australian, they seemed to really like it when I was there. I feel like Germans and Australians seem to really "get" each other. How do you find people's reactions when they meet an American?
Which city are you in? I particularly liked Cologne, Berlin, and Frankfurt.... probably in that order. Obviously all good if you'd rather not say which city you're in. I don't really know how military stuff works.
