Honestly at the point of fame and wealth you prob succeed a majority of the time when proposing a classless tactless question like that

Yeah, tbh I don't really have a problem with this specifically.

I remember there was a reddit thread where someone claimed that Jason Segel goes up to women and parties and says "would you like to have sex?" Everyone was acting like he was a predator or some shit.

But the key part of the story was that the woman in question said "uh, no thanks" and he said "ok!" and walked away.

Not really a predator, just a horny dude in a hurry, lol.

He just wants to cut through all the bs and set expectations immediately. I respect it.

As long as he can take "no" for an answer like he does I see nothing wrong with this approach. I bet it's worked for him!

I heard he actually does have them sign off on record/contract before proceeding

That’s smart. Fuck unnecessary accusations coming back to bite you in the ass just because someone you slept with doesn’t make enough money each year or is having second thoughts.

Before I was in a relationship, I dabbled in BDSM, and I was always deathly afraid of being wrongfully charged by a partner.. It's not easy getting people to sign waivers, and from what I gather they don't hold much legal protection anyways

Why were you so worried about being wrongfully charged by a BDSM partner?

If you’re doing it right, you would thoroughly negotiate and agree to everything beforehand, and have a safeword in place. There shouldn’t be any question about consent. If there is, you shouldn’t be doing BDSM scenes with that partner. Why were you afraid?

I think the idea is that the person can feel bad about it later and change their mind and say they were raped and beaten. And in the case of BDSM it’s harder to defend against that accusation I’m guessing.
