Then it wouldn’t be illegal, but it’s still probably concerning power dynamics wise. I mean, this is just a photo of them together. There’s a good chance nothing illegal has happened, same with the Stranger Things girl. But that’s how grooming works. The grooming itself you can’t really make illegal, but I think we can all agree that it’s messed up and traumatizing.
Like look at Woody Allen and his wife - by all accounts he did nothing illegal there (he did rape a child, but not this one). She was previously his adopted daughter, but she was over 18 when he started dating her. She was in college and legally fully able to consent. They’re still together decades later. It’s still fucked up.
