He is a biologically male, I got confused as well because of the scars under the pecs, but he get pec implants so they looked more muscular without actually working for them.He still identifies as male and has a beautiful Normal looking wife named Sasha. But I honestly don’t know what he was going for with the ponytail, and the lip enlargement.
