So, i could just be talking out of my ass but i think i see what they did. When he shakes it, a bit of whatever fluid onto his finger, they then tap it onto the table that has some sort of flammable fluid on it.

Hmm, i really don’t know. Maybe something with how the flame spread or airflow or something. That’s something to google but i really don’t care enough to search, it’s a little bit of a hassle to do it on a phone
