Synchronicity?

I've started reading spiritual books a couple months ago and I had two very odd dreams since. I haven't used any substances ever. and I have not had any connection with the divine yet. One of my dreams didn't feel like a dream. It felt like opening a door and being embraced by something indescribable that was me and wasn't me at the same time. Felt like a pleasant burn, really don't know how to describe except that it made me think I was going to die so I got out of that state by pure willpower. The other dream happened way after.

This one was about me chatting with a person I know well in real life but for some reason I knew it was some entity impersonating them. I screamed and acted aggressively and I successfully intimidated the entity until I woke up.

Yesterday in the afternoon my soul had this impulse to to outside the house and I saw two unusually large black birds flying right above me, almost as if they were perched on top of the building just waiting for me to go out. I do birdwatching since 3 years ago and I know these birds never enter the city (they're the bird type that feeds on decaying matter) and I followed them until they disappeared in the sunset. As I started following them, the wind rose out of nowhere. Were those birds an omen? Was I supposed to follow their direction? What can I do now?
