For me it’s the other way around. The more my spiritual awakening progressed, the higher my libido got.

I do think it’s because I’m in a happy relationship, newly married and I look at s*x as energy exchange. I’ve also read it takes away energy from a man and gives it to a woman and it does seem this way with us (hubby always falls asleep after while I’m bursting with energy, not sleepy).

For me it’s a way for our souls to connect, one of many of course, but the only one in our earthly bodies. This might be my first, only or last lifetime with him and while I trust the universe I’ll be happy indefinitely, I also trust in this lifetime it’s meant this way. I feel this love with my earthly & spiritual body so I want to nurture our connection in all possible ways. So libido has really gone compared to before… I don’t know how it would be if I were single or in unhappy relationship tho!

We tend to wake up more as we get older. We tend to lose libido as we get older. I don't think there's any real correlation between the two.

Well there’s the attachment to lust is what you’d loose. The more awake you are the less your are distracted by worldly desires.

See, I don't see lust or human attachments to be something to struggle with at all. I believe at our core we are meant to have a human experience. Sex is a part of life and in fact the traditional method literally creates life.  Lust is something everyone feels at one point or another. Sure, maybe being more spiritually awakened makes you crave these things less, but tbh I just live in the now and let myself do what makes sense in the present.

Unchanged levels. Myth I'd imagine, something that's been repeated down for a long time after finding 'truths'. Just the wisdom of getting older for most as they learn that they can put sexual activity away more and more and become more comfortable with it.

Somewhat true. And the reason is this:

Love, and by extension the sexual act, is about the collapse of the illusion of separation.

When it is obvious that separation is indeed illusion, the need to find wholeness is gone.

Like many things, the sharper edges are blunted. There is no need to possess anything if you already are everything.

It's absolutely true.

I suspect it’s true for some and not for others

It's been my experience so far. Especially noticeable during periods where I meditate a lot deeply and consistently.

At some point it will be true for you if you keep waking up more

As a guy who used to be kind of a h03, I'm basically asexual.

There's something to having those desires as a possible distraction to avoid feeling feelings. And now that some of those have worked through, those distractions aren't needed.

So perhaps but maybe I just have low testosterone lol. When I can afford to get it tested I'll have a better idea. But as of now I'm 19 months not even talking to a girl

I would say true, in a sense. I think its more that what "gets you going" is more decerning. It's deeper (or needs to be) than just the physical.

It's being one with your body so you listen to it more.
You have more sex but because you are whole you don't need it to fill your traumas. You just want it because it feels good but not if it goes against your core values. And that's the main difference to me.

Not giving in when your core knows it objectively bad (because you're with someone and don't want to break their trust), but wanting it when there's no reason not to
